Return & Refund Policy

At Audvile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to our strict quality control and inventory standards, we have specific guidelines regarding returns. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return.

1. Conditions for Returns

We only accept returns under the following strict conditions:

  • The package must be completely unopened. The original shipping seal and packaging must remain fully intact.

  • The package and items must be undamaged. * The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

If the package has been opened, unsealed, or tampered with in any way, the return will be rejected and sent back to you at your expense.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If your package meets the unopened and undamaged criteria, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team at Info@audvile.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Wait for our team to approve your request. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

  3. Securely pack the unopened item(s) in an outer shipping box to protect the original packaging during transit.

  4. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the package to verify it is unopened and undamaged.

  • If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Original shipping costs and membership subscription fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If Audvile made a mistake with your order or if your package arrived damaged by the courier, please contact us immediately at Info@audvile.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will make it right by issuing a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Subscription Memberships

Please note that cancelling your Audvile subscription membership plan does not automatically qualify past purchases for a return. All physical clothing returns are still subject to the "unopened package" rule outlined above.
